All that you're asking will require more than what you're offering. You're asking based on trust which is hard to come by to work hard to build things up for free only to get 1/2 assuming that you will do it... just by a word of "trust me".

The job is fairly easy to do but with no traffic/links - Domain Authority of 1 and a tube site with broken links is going to take longer to fix. Not sure anyone wants the pain of all that work for free only to be paid by someone you don't know and a post on a board saying "trust me I'll pay you in 3 months".
