Today is the first day I have visited this board to post since the recent mud sling began the other day. Truthfully... I have not read any of the threads that have involved Perfection Girls and I will not add to the drama that is loved so much by this board.

I can say that we have retained a Law Firm here in Michigan to handle all the accusations that have been thrown. We have also been advised not to make statements in a public forum of any sort that would hurt the repuation of the parties that have made damaging comments.

Our affilates will be contacted over the next day or so with a detailed eccount of all that has transpired. I was out of State when all of this occurred last Weds. It has taken me serveral days to get all of the details in order to determain the best course of action. That plan is now in place and we are looking forward to seeing it thourgh to completion.

Yes... we have made mistakes. Being new and doubling your size every month can take time away from details. Details that are small at the time. but left un-intended can turn into a larger sitatuions. Having a staff that can handle those details is our highest priority at the point in our business. No longer will every aspect of the day to day operations be left on my shouders... whewwwww! Being looking for our two new staff additions to be announced over the next week.

Also... three new sites are coming with the new staff people. Just wait to see what we have going on.

So.... to sum it up. Yes.. we will make a statement, but to our affilates only. It will not be slanderous and it will lay out the facts. Our legal counsel will be handling the issue from here on out. Any questions regarding this matter can be directed to their office. Our affiliates will have a contact to our legal counsel if they would like public record documents forwarded to them.

How much money did you lose by CCBill not proceesing for your "Tasteful" teen Sites?

Do they still process for your other sites and if so for how long?

Have you had a visit from the authorities about the cross over between these "Tasteful" teen Sites.

Anyone who exploits kids for their own gain this way deserves all that is coming to them.

- I think it's only fair that both sides make a statement - it was getting weird only hearing the other side of this

- and yeh there is a lot of drama - but good to hear that you are back home and back at things.

anyway - it's nice to know that you can admit when you're over your head - hiring some extra people - or that you have made mistakes - everybody does -

no i don't support that. AT ALL. Even a girl that is over 18 - but clearly looks underage - sits a little weird with me - or overdoing the poses,props, make up - to make them look younger. but that stuff is a grey area. there is nothing grey about the law - girls must be 18 - or older - to be in - anything i touch.

personally i was appauled when i saw that post. I noticed that it was from a long time back. I would like to know what Jeff was thinking....

I talked to him like two weeks ago...about a subject ....just like that ....and think that we are on the same page these days - that sites that try to profit off of any girl that is under 18 - and posing in suggestive ways - or nude with like a teddy bear in front of them is fuckede up.

I can't believe that parents would let their kids be shot by some dirty old pervert like that - and completely aplaud CCBill for not processing that -

Jeff, is it true you used to be a school teacher? If so, did you have any perverse thoughts whilst looking at your teen/pre-teen students? Do you still have your teaching license?

A few of comments:

1) How can a guy who bounces checks and doesn't pay his model afford legal help? I thought lawyers usually required money up front....or is he on a percentage plan also??

2) Advise your lawyer that the ultimate defense for any libel/slander lawsuit is the truth.....and from what I have witnessed, I would tend to believe what is being said.

3) You wouldn't need a lawyer if you treated your business associates and models with the respect you seem to want them to treat you with.

4) If you don't pay all of your models soon, you might have an injunction issued against said websites....i.e., breach of contract, etc...
