CCBill system5 trouble today?
Is anyone else having trouble running CCBill reports today? I have tried a few (in both my browsers) and they basically time-out after the "loading" message with the ccbill logo shows up. Am I alone in this?

hi Ian... heh, i was just refreshing here to see if it was just me! no, i have not been able to call up any reports for a couple of hours now, in either java or html modes... i am still getting signup emails, so i'm not concerned... hopefully, it will straighten itself out quickly..

Yeah, no biggie. I just wanted to get a final number on last week's sales, and update my pricing. It can wait. Glad to see I'm not imagining things.

Ya..have had the same problems. Hopefully they'll have it fixed soon.

im getting the numbers but the headers that shiow what number is what is blank

I still get the same error. It asks to wait while it retrieves the data (or whatever) and then apologizes for a server error. :(

Working for me again now. Odd thing was I never got an e-mail for a sale or hit to the script page that tracks it earlier either, but the guy did manage to click twice and I got the second decline e-mail. Oh well. New system still so teething probs I suppose. Main thing is the sale showed in stats :)

We had problems but all seems fine now, funny but same problems with Ibill, time outs all morning ??
