Stupid. Just take an aspirin and drink a lot. The headache is caused by dehydration. Alcohol blocks the ADH (antidiuretic hormone) receptor in the distal tubule of the kidney nephron which means that water can't get back from the pre-urine and will be excreted in the urine > water loss from blood>fluid retention, also in brain > headache.

before you goto sleep your supposed to down a glass of water then eat some lays or some shit .. take a fat piss and down another glass of water and goto bed.. if your to drunk to do that.. that sux :1orglaugh

update : just been to the pub, had a couple of beers and a gin and tonic = feel 10 times better.

I drank all night, couldn't sleep cause the sun was blaring in my room, so I went golfing, now I totally feel like ass!
