partnership programs with no trials...

... no, you don't have to spam me with your program.
:1orglaugh
I already have the one that I am considering to promote.
But the price is $39 per month and there's no trial option...
I've heard that the members area is queite good = good member retention. But on the other hand... I've read that if there's a trial option, 95 % of surfers choose it and since almost every paysite offers trials, surfers tend to chose only sites with trials.
So basically, is it worth promoting a paysite from a partnership program that offers no trial membership and the monthly price is $39 ( so that's relatively high anyway... )...

any opinions ?

i've had excellent sign ups on galleries with sites that don't have trials and 30 bux a month. under 1:10k. i'm guessing 40 might be a bit too much. it would have to be one kickass tour and members area.

as said before, I've heard that the members area of the site I am talking about, kicks ass, but that rather doesn't help with converting visitors...

anyway, thanks for your opinion :winkwink:

I run no trial sites at 29.95 and 34.95, both work well and the ratios are fine.
They are niche sites though, not sure how well they would go with teen/hardcore.

If it has mostly exclusive content, it should do fine.

If it's got cookie cutter content, I'd pass.

If visitor likes the site, he/she will buy it anyway. I tried trials and no trials since 96. There is no difference on the percentage of sales.

good to know that it results from your experience, but if it was always true, there would be no trials at all...

My site offers no trials. I used to but have found that I'm making more money not offering trials. When I dropped the trials I also raised the price of my site and it has worked out well.

Well not sure about that.. some sites do well with no trials while others do well with high amount trials like the ones in my sig.

The main sites we promote has a 4 day trial for $8.99 and from our traffic we get about a 40% conversion to monthly membership. Which is better than any site we have worked with, but i think this is mainly due to the exclusive content and regular daily updates.
