Someone sent me that link a while ago. Really made me think about a lot of things. I mean, you hear about this kind of stuff all the time, but when you see it, it just seems to click that little bit more.

most people drive better drunk or high.. cause then you gotta try to drive all good so you don't get pulled over.. when your sober you don't give a fuck about being pulled over
