We are an established agency with 35 employees looking to hire a Chat Team Manager


- Chat Team manager in a very fast-moving environment:

Someone who understands psychology, relationship building, and how to achieve sales in OF.

This position requires oversight of 25 chatters.
- duties include auditing, training of chatters, looking for mistakes, hiring, providing practical improvements to the chat team.

- has a strategic plan based on successful previous results.

Managerial and OF experience required.

- English must be 10/10.
- Full-time only.
- Need someone dedicated to this fast growing agency, not a freelancer servicing a bunch of agencies. This is a full-time position - 6 days/week.
