Problems with OnlyFans or LoyalFans?
 

I've created a content monetization tool and want to branch out to the adult industry but I need your help! I want to know what issues you all are having with platforms like OnlyFans, Loyalfans, ModelHub, or any other platforms. Here are some of the issues I know:
- They take a high percentage! (we would just charge a flat monthly fee)
- They don't let you handle your own payments - meaning when one person uploads illegal content everyone gets penalized by payment processors
- Creators are not verified so illegal content is more prevelant

Just saw your video, I see you're comparing with Patreon but didn't mention it in your initial post.

Thanks for the information on OnlyFans. The tool is currently SFW so our main competitor is Patreon, however in the coming months we'll be branching off and including adult entertainment under a different name. Our main hurdle right now is payment processors and what they will allow charges for. We can't use the same processor for Creator's Wheelhouse as we'll be using for the tool for adult entertainment.

The challenge with sites like OF isn’t building a platform with better features. Thats the really easy part.

Its getting the ball rolling that presents a challenge. Only a few players a positioned to be able to do it.

Apart from a platform, you need models. To get models, you need traffic. To get traffic, you need models. See the catch?

Then there is billing. You’ll probably need a huge volume of safe transactions on your MIDs to cover all the high-risk stuff you’ll be doing with your platform. All it takes is some schmuck charging back his 15 x $5 subscriptions to shut you down.

OF had the benefit of having MFC’s contacts, traffic sources and significant ressources to pull it off. Not many people can do the same
