Any of you have an extended chest?

My chest pops out slightly at the middle of my chest (because the bone is positioned odd or something like that).

Does anyone have this problem or know if you can have surgery on it?

I have a 200 lb floor sander that will work too. Someone will have to stand on your crotch or your face to use it though.

Sounds like it could be pectus carinatum.. Do some digging around online because there are some associated problems you might want to know about.
