One episode they called him Sid, the other the referred to him as Larry and, that is generally beleived to be his real name based on the fact that he changed his name :thumbsup

Ok, i dug this up :

" in the hunger strike episode, Duffman is Sid. In Pygmoelian (Moe gets plastic surgery) Duffman's name is Larry. The latter episode has 2 great Duffman lines... #1 (responding to Titania saying that she thought she would win the bartender competition if she slept with Duffman) "Duffman says a lot of things." And the second, when Moe slaps the Duff sticker on Duffman's face, "Duffman can't breathe!"

There is more than one Duffman. One episode refers to the fact that he isn't the same guy as before. :) Also, I think that what comes up as the "price" for Maggie actually changes sometimes.

His full, real name was mentioned in a very recent episode when Santa's Little Helper become Suds McDuff, the new Duff spokesdog.

Anyone remember it?

yeah it was Barry Duffman, pronounced Duffmen. heh tho some ppl where saying it was Larry earlier so maybe it was...but it really sounded like Barry.
