I have a dedicated with them, uptime's perfect.. I haven't needed support yet, so I wouldn't know about that.

We have 2 dedicated boxes with them sice a month ago when datahosters closed. By now 100% uptime.
ICQ or phone support is fast, email support takes 24 hours to get answered. Anyway we admin our own servers so we don't usually ask for support. The only thing that i didn't like at first was the amount of info that you must send them to get started, sign a contract, etc but now i have forgot that as we are so happy with them.

I have a box with candid. Uptime is great, email support takes 24 hours on average, but you can get quick phone & ICQ support in emergencies.

I have been with WebAir for some time now - and they are simply outstanding. Everything works like a charm. I just want to spread my sites over several hosts so i need another good one.

Candid has been fine for us.

Candid has pretty good uptime, probably somewhere around 99%.

Techsupport through email is slow. Between 1 - 5 days to get a response back. Best to send very detailed emails when you have any problems so you dont have to converse back and forth too much.

Thing I like the most about candid is theres always someone at their facility 24/7 to take care of any server emergencies you may have.

Also, their server prices are pretty competitive and their sales staff really does try and work to suit your needs.

I have had a virtual server with Candidhosting for over 3 years now. In my opinion, they offer great managed virtual servers at a good price. Service has been good too.

If you are looking for a dedicated server www.rackshack.net is by far the best. These servers are unmanaged so you need to be able to do system management yourself yourself. But the cost just cant be beat.
