On August 1, 2023 as stated above, a third party acting on our behalf will start searching the web for our content and begin sending out dmca notices as well as Google delisting notices as needed as is currently standard practice with dmca companies.

They probably want to move on with their lives and no longer want to run this business. Affiliates are given permission to use the content to promote the paysite. With no paysite there is no reason for the affiliate to publish the content.

I assumed the paysites would be closed. If they are simply closing the affiliate program however, the same explanation is true. That content is for affiliates to use to sell their paysites, not just for affiliates to publish on their sites for their own benefit. :2 cents:
