How's the weather in Montreal?
 

Please give me good news. Fuck the weather sites...Let's hear it from those of you who are there.

I don't know how it is in montreal, but in toronto it is raining like a mother fucker

it's good in Montreal no rain, no wind, about 18 Celcius now I think

Are people driving any better this year? You fuckers can't drive.

We've had an absolutely marvelous week. Apparently the weekend we are expecting rain, but it'll be all hot and sticky by showtime I'm sure! ;-)

Here is a description of a typical Montreal street with low traffic....


First off, the city planners...WHAT CITY PLANNERS...Construction on both sides of the road for blocks around. If the road is 3 lanes wid then the cars are 5 lanes thick and remember that 1.5 of thos actual lanes are ripped up with road construction.

Apparently turn signals are a costly option in Quebec because nobody seems to have them. At least in NYC they honk..once for left, twice for right.

Then there are the cab drivers...Hold on, I will dig up a thread about those fuckers.......

I think you can drive through the rubble in bahgdad in a low rider before you can get 3 block in Montreal in a cab.

Actually Aaron, I feel for you- that area has had construction for the past 2-3 years in different areas for the addition of the buildings at Palais de Congres. They practically tore down 5 blocks and had to rebuild over a tunnel. You could actually see the construction workers above you at the time.
I have to agree that hearing your experiences, I could understand where you are coming from.
