Whitelabel cams are very easy to come by, but are there actualy content sites that offer whitelabels?

I know about the DVD VOD whitelabels, but those are absurd, thinking people will pay $25 for watching a DVD online. I am not asking about those. I am asking about a membership website.

Doubt it, since with a paysite the content = the brand and vice versa. If there are any, it will be for boring generic porn nobody is interested in anyway.

With a cam site, VOD/DVD site and even dating site, which are typically the kind of sites that have WLs, you're not selling the site's own content/product.

There used to be whitelabel feeds, Adult Centro had solutions for that I think - no one cared about it anymore

I think Webmaster Central might be your best bet

I have seen webmastercentral's website but it is very vague what exactly they offer, how to get it, how much it costs, etcetera.
