Affiliate program tos for social media posting?

Any thoughts on this when it comes to a programs spam policy? Should this be something addressed in a programs terms of service specifically or should it fall under a blanket 'no spam' policy?

if you are promoting linking to the paysite or a gallery, i dont see an issue.
