Let me ask you a question
Scenario you order an item from a vendor. Weeks later you email vendor i didnt get my stuff. Vendor supplies you with tracking and says you recieved it so so and so date. Now would you act rude to the vendor and demand a replacement when the item was proven as shipped and delivered?
corection I am the vendor in this situation |
Check out the tracking and see if you really received it! If not tell them you are doing what our customers alwasy do to us, Chargeback
|
I tend to take the "Treat others like you'd like to be treated, or get fucked" route.
|
NEVER - i repeat - NEVER be rude to the vendor. That wont get you anywhere. You need to contact whatever company the vendor used to send your package and talk to them about it first. If they say they delivered and someone signed for it. Ask who signed for it :) Good chance someone else gankged the package. If that is the case there is a slim chance you will ever get a replacement but you might ... but remember ... NEVER be rude :) wont get you a damn thing
Good luck |
Only if your a complete jackass :Graucho
You shoulda told the person to Smartin Up ya know DeNiro style :thumbsup |
Call them and tell them to check the delivery. Once I got the same issue and there was an error and they sent my product to another city lol
|
The thing is we get at least like 50 " i never got my book emails per week" Out of those 50 ,48 of them showed as delivered and when we email them the proof we never hear from them again The other 2 are legit or coming back to us for bad addresess

Smoke some pot!

There's lots of scammer buyers out there. They can get away with murder because the credit card companies back them.
|
Remember that the client is always right - whatever a cheat or wanker he is - always treat them with the upmost respect - then shhot the bastards !!!
