If it's not adult and therefore 'high risk' I would simply go through www.cardservice.com or one of a few other people. These guys were pretty dilligent in tracking me down, however we decided not to use them since they use authorize.net and we're a Plug n' Pay company.

Humboldt bank still probably issues accounts as well, I wouldn't say it was an internet subscription service if I were you, I'd say computer equipment or something.

I would be straight from the start... otherwise eventually you will lose the account. Start with Cardservice they'll take your business, then once you have higher volume you can get better accounts offshore. If you have $500k banked with Wells Fargo, they'll do it to.
