after not posting for about 30 minutes, I kept getting a message saying "the administrator has limited posting to no more often than ever 20 seconds" or something to that effect, looks like I can post now though!

Yeah I got an error like that, then the time seemed to change on the server or something, cause I saw some new posts to some threads that were placed at the top of the thread and not the bottom.
