and fax to the number included in the documents.

Seems like customers can get their database and try to move it
to a new processor. Also the Ibill deal is still up there. Any other
processors that are willing to import customer databases from
WSB clients after they've signed up/registered/paid and approved
by VISA ?

How is IBill going to handle these DB's? Are they going to e-mail all the members to let them know the accounts are being changed? Or are they just going to slam the CCs? This could lead to serious issues...
