DVD backup data burning software?

Anyone have any personal recommendations on what is the best to use?

retrospect is the best backup software I know ... I am sure it can burn your backups on DVD, but to be honest with you, a little scratch on that DVD and your backups are toast ... why not get an external USBII compatible drive ??

I actually have a couple of LaCie external USB11 HD's and they are great but need to be able to move data with me when I travel between the UK and Spain. DVD is just convenient. :thumbsup
