MPA2 - Who uses it?
 
Anybody using MPA2?

If so, what are the pros and cons you've experienced? Is the program hosted on your own server? How much does it cost?

Also, anybody have a list of gateway/merchant programs that process adult memberships other than NetBilling?

That is said a lot latelly but i bet that there are tons of ways of shaving, the guilty is not no the software but the guy running it, don't think that sponsors using MPA2 will save more than the ones using custom made software and also don't think that any sponsor that buy MPA2 is doing it to be able to shave.

Pros: Nice cascading billing, Gallery of the Day built into stats

Cons: MPA2 has a built in "shave option" for only $50/month more!
Seen both sites above turn into binary garbage at least once, instead of the regular html page, and had to inform the webmasters to get them to fix it.

Just had to reply to this one :)

We have over 40 companies using the mpa2 program now, and more and more are ordering it every week.
Belive you me, if the mpa2 program where not working as good as we say it is you would have heard about it long time ago. But instead of hearing bad things about our program you are only hearing good things :) And that is the way we plan to keep it!

This $50 extra for shaving feature is a good one though. Ill might take you up on that one and add that to our price ;)
Just remember, programs do not shave, webmasters do!
The main important thing here is that with the cascading your partners will get more signups, and if they dont, well then they will just stop promoting your sites and go to the next one.

When you are saying that you have seen boobdollars and porndaddys sites turn in to garbage at least once. Have you thought about that this might be because of a server failure ? Dont kill Ford because your car stopp when you forgot to fill it up with gasoline :)

just have someone right up a script that signs up the webmaster to two billing companys then when the surfer gets declinded bounce them to the next one. i have heard that mpa2 charges a rate per monthly joins. say like if you were to buy a feed price is set on how many members you have. i have heard that mpa2 kicks ass but for just cascading billing it sounds like you can have it custom script very cheap. or have a friend do it and then you dont have to pay a monthly for it.
