Did they really think that they could censor wikipedia, or that $27k fine would hurt? Is Putin losing touch with reality…

Putin doesn't want the truth getting out.

I have a lot of Russian friends. They all know what is going on. Russia can block everything they want but they cannot block everything.

Is that a joke or what? How could a sane person put "Putin" and "reality" in the same sentence? It's like "medieval inquisition" and "artificial intelligence" used together :2 cents:

That is exactly correct. My wife's family is in Moscow and sheltering the men to keep them from being rounded up and sent to the front. Everyone knows and everyone is against this war, but Putin holds all the cards until someone ends him.

He was never living in reality, it seems.

There is no way to effectively correct ridiculous falsehoods in Wikipedia, so it seems overly optimistic in oneself to expect to censor reality. Good luck getting anything off Wikipedia, true or false.
