Black Sabbath always was and always will be, badly executed music.

pretty much every major label release gets onto the net a month or so before it comes to stores, not sure how but it could be one of a few things, engineers putting it online, or promo copies getting to the wrong ppl.

well comming from a former rec. exec I can say that it is most defintiely leaked internally from the labels :)

Hehe... glad to see I am not the only person to make a transition from music to this biz... IMHO the adult stuff has less pretention and self-importance, strangely making it more honest.

Still kinda iffy about telling my friends who still work in that scene though.

I think I am going to have to buy the CD anyway...this is RADICALLY heavier than anything they have ever done. I am not even sure this is 100% Metallica - it is BADASS though

True ... well, Justice was decent. But, this stuff isn't even close to Metallica. Moreover, it appears a collection of different amateur-level bands. They have released parts of St. Anger, so we know what at least one song sounds like.

I can't believe they leaked such crap, I'm on track 8 now... the quality of some of the recordings are so amateurish, it's not even funny. Also, some of the voices are clearly NOT Hetfield.

Im not surprised by the recording quality, pirates will often release shit that hasnt even been mastered yet just so they can have bragging rights of getting the material out before the other groups. Its not unusual at all. its getting close to launch time of the actual release so I suspect it will be out any day.

There are quite a few bands that imitate famous bands, and some of them are rather good at it. I think that's just what this is, Metallica-imitators - some good ones, too.
