My Free Galleries in TGP Slide Show Pay Members Area
 

My free galleries have ended up in the pay members area at TGP Slide Show. You should check out this thieves site and make sure he isn't charging people to see your galleries.

You have unauthorized links from my domain in your members area. You are not authorized to use these links, images etc. I must demand the removal of all links on my domain, http://www.adultcustomgoods.com/, from your members area immediately. You have no copyright or license, these images are not permitted for sale in your members area. Cease the listing of my domain in exchange for monetary compensation. I will pursue this matter to the extent that I am compensated for your use of my links and images in your members area.

If you want to give it away for free that's another story, but you are not going to use my bandwidth to make money from your members area.

This is not a request, it is a demand.

I wouldn't know what the link is, it's in your members area and I am not paying
you to see my own galleries, that are elsewhere on the net for free.

I really resent the fact that you are charging people money to see my website.
All the links are on my domain, http://www.adultcustomgoods.com/. I suggest you
search the contents of your member area for any link containing
http://www.adultcustomgoods.com/, and remove it.

to view them. I'd like to know which galleries they are so I can charge you
appropriately for the numbers of images you have been using since 4/18/03.
There is a cost per picture and/or movie is $6 per day, so if you have a 25 pic
gallery that is costing you $150 per day. These are the galleries I know about
at this point. I strongly urge you to do the search of the links in your
members area and take down the rest of them.

OK, all together that is 140 pictures, for a combined total of 177 days, which
means you owe me on the one gallery posted on 4/16/03, $4,218.00, assuming this
gallery as well is listed in your members area. And for the other galleries
posted on 4/18/03, the total is $101,640.00. Are you stupid? Why the hell
would you put other people's property in your members area? You really don't
have to answer that. It's just stupid on your part.

This is dishonest and deceitful. You will not prosper with these methods and
all major message boards will have this information at their disposal so other
webamsters will be able to stop you from getting rich off their labor and
overhead. I do not extent my best wishes.

My Free Shit in His Pay Area

The Webmaster who put my free galleries in his pay member?s area had more to say, as did I. Webmasters should surf this site to see if surfers are being charged to see your free galleries too. The Webmaster also makes reference to The Hun. As far as I?m concerned there is simply no comparison and any attempt on his part to associate himself with The Hun is in poor taste. Trying to offer me an explanation using The Hun as a reference in a futile attempt to redeem himself for his insidious actions, as if I do not have intimate knowledge of the dynamics of The Hun after cultivating a relationship with the site I hold in very high esteem, for the past several years. Give me a break?. That?s probably where he high jacked my free galleries to put in his pay members area from in the first place.

I do not think I misunderstood the purpose of the links on this page:

When hitting any link on that page the user must first enter a credit card
number for a fee to gain access to the material. That is why I am disgusted. I
give plenty away for free. I don't agree that you should profit for what I am
giving away free to surfers. So, I do not think I misunderstood...you are
asking surfers to pay for galleries of mine which are free to everyone alse and
not submitted to your site by me so you can make financial gain.

I see the galleries you load in frames that come up under the free search.
Those are free gallereis that you take and put in your frames. Which is why all
my hyperlinks default to _top, so the surfer doesn't surf my whole site in your
frames. But that isn't my particular problem. Everyone does that, but they do
it for free.

My problem, again, is clearly your charging people to see my galleries as was
evident and is still evident with all the galleries listed here:

If those webmasters have asked you to place those galleries in your pay area
then they have done that knowing you will profit from it. I, on the other hand,
did not ask, nor approve you to collect a fee to let people see my galleries
that I didn't even submit to our site. Had I submitted them for your use and
obvious monetary gain that would be another issue. That is not what happened.
You went behind my back for your benefit.

Seems to me like you're getting a sweet deal unless he somehow removes your ads.
