My thinking is, there are a few 14 year olds mature enough to the decision and some 18 year olds still not wise enough. So 16 is my vote.

The Age of consent should be raised to 21 acros the board (both gay and straght partners) would ease a lot of the economical problems most countries have and would also make sure that dumb teens dont go ruining their life the first time they have a fuck by getting pregnant or catching some disease.
