Yeah, its a real bear if you go up & down in one day from sea level and you aren't in amazing shape. That was the first hike I did my first time in Yosemite.. amazing place.

When I'm out of shape I find I bonk right around Little Yosemite Valley on the way back down, then the rest of the way turns into what seems like a never ending death march.

I hear the cables are going up again in the next day or two. Gonna have to haul my ass up there soon.
