complaint about MOGUL
 

I want to go public about some information regarding Mogul.

I have warned him for the last 6 months that I would go public if he did not pay me.

The complaint is this:

I designed majority of the lotto sites he promotes, sells and gives away. For this work I was meant to receive a percentage with each sale he made.

It has been a year since he started them and so far for this I have seen NOTHING!

MY second complaint is:

Work I have completed for Mogul without seeing a cent:

* Over 50 galleries

* Over 30 banners

* Other personalised lotto sites for his clients.

I HAVE SEEN NO MONEY!

I continued to do work for Mogul because I really believed he would pay me as his name is known by majority of the guys in this business, and not worth the risk of ruining his reputation. I asked him more times than I care to remember for this money. I spoke to his associate at the time about this matter and he believed I was giong to be paid also, again, for the reason that the amount owed was not worth ruining the reputation of the Mogul name.

I hate to bring this forward into the public, but I see there is no other choice for me. I would suggest that you do not advertise on his sites or deal with such a person who does not own up to his part of the deal.

I wonder if we can go one day without someone getting the deep shaft. We have enough problems with the outside world. We don't need to fuck each other.

I know Teen Angel NEVER comes forward without giving the person more than enough notice.. I hope you get what he owes you TA, and I would have to say I'm really surprised.

I know.. I expected to be paid for the EXACT reason you are surprised.. ... it just seems out of character for Mogul.. that is why i let it go for soo long... but enough is enough.

I was approached to partner with mogul by allowing use of my content for this project. I was very skeptical so I only put on a few hundred images. Never seen a single dime.

Glad I did not waste more content with that thing.

Jason seems like a nice guy on a personal level and he is funny as hell but as for business, I will never venture into another business arrangement with him.

I hope you have a signed contract stating specifically the work you have done and the amounts recieved... otherwise you are shit out of luck. I learned that the hard way.

never feel bad about coming to a webmaster board when you have not been paid. I of course am a little diff. I would never let it go 1 month, let alone 1 year like you.

I email a few times, have my admin person send the invoice 2 times, and if I don't get a response or payment in about 2 weeks, I come out online.

When you buy a tv, or get your house painted, the work is done, payment should come asap. No excuses accepted.

Once in a great while someone might say todd, I need an extra couple days to pay, I say np, thanks for being respectful and asking.

99.8% of customers always pay the day the design project is done, or withing 1-2 days, most all webmasters are super about there invoices that are due.

Everything Angel says is TRUE! I owe her money. I don't remember off hand, think it is like $700, not much. As much as all you fuckers make in an hour posting here :)

So, here are some facts.

1. I am not around much at all on webmaster boards. Too busy with our main stream stuff.

2. Because of the little amount and situation, I honestly forgot. Yea, pretty stupid of me I know. I do it alot with small amounts. I should have just paid up front (which I did tell you to NEVER do work for me again unless I did). Just a guy who is far too busy too do otherwise.

3. Just got my paypal account back after EIGHT MONTHS. Yea! I beat the fuckers. God damn that was stupid. Got it back yesterday afternoon.

4. Angel, I will ICQ you in a couple so we can get you taken care of.

Anyway, saying sorry publically and getting you taken care of is about all I can do so, roger and out. :)

Oh Aaron, the reason the content thing fell through is as usual, I did not do it myself and had someone else with little talent try to do it all. But it was for the best I think. Hope your photography is getting better :)

I recommend that no one do any design work for these two monkeys until it is posted here that they have paid Ricki Lee what they owe her. I further recommend that no one use either of their services until this outstanding delinquency is resolved.

Hungryman once complained that if he isn't getting any work then how can he pay his debts?.... well, I backed off then to allow him to earn that money.... he never paid her.

If any of you care about the level of professionalism and trust in this industry, you won't forget what has been done to Teen Angel here. This isn't right, not by a long shot. I still can't beleive that two otherwise likeable guys have neglected to treat a very talented designer so shabbily. Frankly, I'm disgusted.
