Hi. My name is chief and i am working on my first site. I've been in the business for about 17 days and I was hoping that y'all could check out the site. There is some product but no billing process as of yet.

I don't wanna spam I was hoping to get a little feedback before I get any further into this to avoid any sure disaster.

Well, um content looks good... personally before I buy any content I like to see all the small thumbnail samples. The site need to be completely redesigned.... Hire a designer seriously, you will never get a webmaster to buy content if your site is not user friendly and attractive.

Always pay someone talented and experienced to build you your first site in any new field. Learn to make better sites by manipulating the templates that another person created.

Call it the monkey see, monkey do learning method.

Forget about billing. A paysite requires alot of front end investment ($700 to VISA, major bandwidth, etc.) You should stay away from having a paysite till you learn how to make a wee bit of money with a free site.

Start with an AVS or a free site. Buy some content sets for $100 to populate them. Hire someone to walk you through the process of selecting a good AVS service. Or, another options is make hundreds of galleries (you should still buy content for this too).

I have been in the adult business almost 3 years and I still haven't built my first paysite (hopefully at the end of this summer that will change). My sites more than make enough to pay all the bills and allow me to supersize my girlfriend's value meal at Micky Dee's.

If you've been on the boards at all, you've no doubt noticed the massive content sales going on lately. There's still money to be made in adult...but I think being a content provider has got to be one of the tougher areas. You've got some very talented competition who have already established names in this industry.

You might want to try building AVS sites to start. You don't have to worry about paying the Visa fees or hosting & can build up your skills, learn what sells without spending any money. avsfriendly.com is a good place to learn more if you decide to go that route.
