Any of you Euro guys using them ?

If so how are they ?

I'm sooo fucked off with iBill and their lack of customer service and ever increasing fees :(

No difference

The scrub is based on a scoring system that factors in the variables of the customer that is attempting to sign up, nothing to do with what company you are using.
