Agenting Models - Contract Advice
 

Ive found a hot model who wants me to be her agent. It's all non-adult work that shes after but I need some advice on how to form a solid percentage of earnings contract.

Can someone give me some advice on this?
How do I formulate the contract?
Are there some good contract templates for this?

You want in your contract, that at the end of day she has final say which assignments she chooses to go on and since it is her decision. She frees you and your company of all responsibilities involving all assignments she chooses to go on. That protects you if something happens on a shoot or on the way to a shoot,she gets raped or killed or hurt or has a accident. At the end of the day it was her choice to go, that has to be clear or you could be seriously fucked.

OK thanks for the advice guys but im wondering if any of you have seen like a template or example contract that I could build mine around?

Or at least the main points I need to include apart from (1) Freeing me from any liability if something goes wrong and (2) she gets to choose the assignments.
