For the first time, I didn't receive my Ibill EU wire until now.

I usually got the wire the same day or the day after. I wondered as this is the 3rd day (also seeing that there's a problem with EU bank) |
If you can see a wire# I think it should have gone out. Maybe your bank is slow as mine. I can't see mine either.

I've now cancelled my account. They keep promising to send the funds I earned before I cancelled, but they never do. Every time I write / phone, I am passed to a different person who doesn't know anything. My (ex) account manager has confirmed I didn't do anything wrong and that I will be paid the money. I haven't received mine yet again.
Last month I posted on here regarding my non payment and they found that (after many emails and phone calls) they had payed my wire into the wrong account ! (their fault not mine) This month I have yet again not been paid yet, I thought it was the same error (and it might be I guess) but now that other EU webmasters haven't been paid it looks a bit more serious :( They really are a crap company - I emailed the director that helped me last time and wmservice@ibill & my account manager and as per usual I've heard fuck all from all of them. iBill are shit, their accounts department hasn't got a fucking clue, but the worst crime is not answering emails and giving you wrong info when you call :( |
I see my check # inside CMi but I'm too lazy to check out my banking acc. :glugglug

Usually I'd agree but it was my account rep who caused the problem in the first place!
I asked him to let me know what the procedure would be if I wanted to close my account. Instead of telling me, he closed the account straight away. My funds are therefore frozen for six months and I've lost all rebills too. I've phoned him, e-mailed him, icqed him... no reply. I've tried other people but they just pass me back to his voicemail. :helpme |
how long do theytake to send checks this way? i started promoting a site on the 25 of april and i havent gotten paid for anything yet.
