where do you scout ? In what country ?

Mostly US. But some also come from EU countries with strong english speakers in general. For real life jobs I think the best chances are in US right now.

A little guidance here if you don't mind, what kind of rates per minute of video would you consider a fair price for something like this? Clearly the more niche the higher the rate but what would be a good starting point, non-exclusive and exclusive.
