most people in Asia pay by phone now, with QR codes, so if you really want to make money in Asia, you'll probably have to get localized for every country.

if you want a larger and faster solution, find a biller that accepts Union Pay. you'll probably need your own merchant account and then a gateway like MobiusPay.
