PC nerds.. best GPU for Video editing

I need another video editing system which I'll be using for Davinci Resolve and I mainly do minimal actual editing but tons of rendering out with color correction and very GPU heavy noise reduction and super scaling which really tests any GPU.

I'm currently using a 3090 card on my existing machine for the last couple of years but is this still the best goto card for around $1500 - $2000?

I know the 3090TI is out now but does that offer much greater performance over the standard 3090.
I keep seeing 24GB NVIDIA TITAN RTX cards too in some machines - are these any better for rendering/ noise reduction?

Cant really wait until the 4090 is out either.

Oh and there is no gaming involved either :)

The RTX 3090, which was released < 1 year ago, is likely your best bet. 3090TI is ridiculously priced for what you don't get.

I've got the Sapphire Radeon RX 6700 XT 12 GB NITRO+ Video Card in both video workstations here. If you have an AMD processor, you get a bit more bang with it and they are a good value for the market price in that range vs a lot of cards. Still have to avoid buying from individuals who tend to be miners who have already beaten the card to death. If you are Intel, what you have is probably a great fit already.

I have an RX 6900XT with an AMD 6950X CPU and I get a lot of stuttering and lag with Davinci Resolve. Granted, I'm playing around with the free version and haven't committed to purchasing it yet since we already pay out the ass for the Adobe Suite, so that's likely half the problem.
