Hello, I need your valuable help, I plan to open an adult website (membership) but the segpay bank is asking me for a procedure that is:

To provide merchants with content management policy and procedures (including but not limited to age and identity verification, content review, uploading and downloading, real-time platform monitoring, marketing, traffic/abuse monitoring and identification, illegal or contrary standards). One line response is not enough. We need to see their formal documented policy and procedures. This can be a simple Word document showing your content management policy and procedures.


Have you ever had this kind of message?

I try to explain that the content of the site is licensed with the permissions and passport photos of the models, but it still asks me that.

Hi, you need to demonstrate what procedures you have in place and give them access to check they are robust. you normally need an anti slavery policy as well. You need to pre approving all user generated content, have mods in chat 24/7 etc.
