If you start lifting weights and you get good at it...
...and you stick to it, sooner or later something good will come out of it :thumbsup
http://korkush.com/m2.png Took just under one year |
That's you? Good job!
Did you implement cardio too? How many days a week did you train? |
Well done :thumbsup

Cardio, yes: I lift weights faster :thumbsup I logged 415 training sessions during which I lifted just shy of 4000 tonnes of iron. That's mass equivalent of lifting the International Space Station, 8 times. |

Over what time frame did you see these results and how intensive were your sessions?
My doctor told me recently that I need to build some muscle due to my diabetic neuropathy (to strengthen muscle mass) and he suggested I start some kind of gym program. |

Wow, it took a year to move your hip tattoo to the other side.

Not much use of it since you got banned on tinder :1orglaugh

I trained high intensity, low to moderate volume. Going to failure and beyond with forced negatives and such. If you watch Blood & Guts by Dorian Yates(the whole thing is on YouTube) you’ll get the idea. It’s quite extreme… |

Are you going to just mislead people into thinking transformations like this are possible at your age without steroids?
Before you reply with someone stupid, I was in the industry on the manufacturing side and have worked with a ton of bodybuilders. It doesn't take away from your accomplishment, because that transformation 100% took a ton of hard work and dieting, but might want to mention steroids played a big part as well so people don't have unrealistic goals. Also, good job on the transformation. Looking solid! |

There's also the fact that his veins are popping out of his body, when he doesn't look vascular at all in the before picture. For the record, I have nothing against steroid use. I just take issue when people try to pass off clear steroid use with just "eating clean and training hard" |

Kudos on "new body", but I know too many fellas that did it in a year (and I'm a natural gym rat for hmm.. almost 20 or so years now so I know some stuff about it) :2 cents: |
A kid I went to college with lift weights. He was a little kid back then. Now he is all muscle. He tells me they all use steroids.

Well, OP kinda gives away how silly it is even in thread title
"If you start lifting weights and you get good at it..." how does one GET GOOD at lifting weights? what, discovered your talent? :1orglaugh you either lift and then you lift more and more, or you don't, and you either eat right or you don't, it really is that simple and saying "you got good at it.." is just silly :1orglaugh |
