It would appear Bush has decided it's now a good idea to let the UN have a say in the future of Iraq. He must have been told by his business partners, sorry I meant his advisors, that this is the right way to go.

Would you please name the business/businesses that the President is involved with and also name his business partners?

[Labret] 05-20-2003 05:13 AM

Playing ignorant isnt very becoming. I find it quite insulting. Stop being a dumbass.

Name the business/bussiness that the President is a partner. If you cannot then who would be the dumbass?

There is probably more proof that Bush is on the Halliburton payroll than there is that Saddam was involved with 9/11.

Does it bother you that you got tricked by your hero? :1orglaugh

Seriously. You are going to try and argue that Bush will not benefit from filling up his cabinet with his corporate buddies?

Corporate American now dictates the policy on everything from education to the environment. Gee, I wonder if they will make corporate friendly policy decisions to better protect their bottom line.

Nah, Bush couldnt possibly benefit from all his friends getting filthy rich. What a selfless leader and all around good human Bush is. He did it all out of love.

Why did they force Cheney to dump all his stock and drop his multiple board positions with various corporations after he decided to run with Bush? Why is that?

What hero are you referring to...if it is Bush...I do not like Bush...and sincerely hope that he is not re-elected...but suspect that he will be because the Democrats coming forward are not looking good to me. If the economy gets worse one of them may have a chance...other than that he is probably going to re-elected.

SexySarah 05-20-2003 05:42 AM

I'm just waiting for galleryseek to say:

"bush will be one of the most revered presidents ever"

that always makes me smile

Of course not.

Most administrations get cabinet members from Corporate America...nothing new in this.

If I am not mistaken many of them are already "filthy rich".

It is SOP to divest ones self or put into trust when entering the Cabinet level offices and Congress.

To get back to the Presidents business and his business partners...to my knowledge this is non-existent.

If I hid a ton of weaponized anthrax in the state of California or Texas...tell me...how long do you think it might take you to find it...assuming that you ever could find it?

Not very long, as after I rounded up all your buddies and ripped all their fingernails out and threatened them with a lifetime of imprisonment someone would start talking.

All the high ranking officials they claim to capture on a daily basis and nobody is gonna rat him out?

As if some so low level functionary wouldnt have spilled the beans by now.

Its a dismal failure on behalf of our intelligence community if we cant get some tortured sand ******s to spill the beans.

What happened to all those satellite photographs the Bush administration were flashing around before the war began supposedly showing weapons of mass destruction being moved around before the inspectors arrived?

The photographs showed movement from previously known WMD sites from the '91-'98...and showed movement from suspected WMD sites. I suppose the photographs are still in the possession of intel agencies...did you have a pertinent point to make or just a question?

I am sure you are familiar with the term "on a need to know". Not every high ranking official in our government knows everything that the government is doing...they are informed on a need to know bases.

Our intel agencys have proved more than once that they do have dismal failures...nothing new with this.

I suspect that someone will come forward that does have important knowledge...but are we not less than 90 days into this.
