I am looking for some good tutorials on Fireworks, especially on how to create flames...

creating flames is easy.... choose a victim, and start with something simple, like calling him a bastard fuck, or maybe stating in BOLD LETTERING that his mother is a tranny.

Then watch the flames grow.
