The reason your account is down as well as everybody else on this server is
because of YOUR site. You are abusing system resources. I warned you about
your main page size. You are sending too many requests to the server because
of improper design. Your account has been suspended indefinitely.

You have a lot of nerve to email us complaining about uptime when your sites
are causing the problem. Your using enough resources that you should be on a
dedicated server.

Racksale support would never use that kind of coarse language towards a customer of ours. If one of our guys did, you can be sure they wouldn't be answering any more support tickets again! By writing in that rude manner, you are begging for a backlash, and a bad reputation. Regarding some of our Murphy's law troubles... at this current point in time, our virtual server that was having issues with the hard drive, had all its clients transferred to a duplicate server, and the only issue we are having now is having to track down every client to inform them to add their subdomains. Nameserver issues have been taken care of at this end, so all clients need to do is make sure all their domains and subdomains are pointing to NS13.EB1.BIZ and NS14.EB1.BIZ. Sorry about the issues, as I said before, if anybody had a site on this server, I will give them a discount for next month if you can email me at [email protected] and include your domain other details.

haha boy sounds like a college kid running a server from his dormroom trying to make some extra $. No real hosting company would act like that towards customers. Hell they want you to use more bandwidth as it makes them more money.
