hosting needed
I got this mail today:
The reason your account is down as well as everybody else on this server is because of YOUR site. You are abusing system resources. I warned you about your main page size. You are sending too many requests to the server because of improper design. Your account has been suspended indefinitely. You have a lot of nerve to email us complaining about uptime when your sites are causing the problem. Your using enough resources that you should be on a dedicated server. so I think I need a new host, my icq is 226057317 please suggest a good affordable and reliable host, thank you |

Nameserver issues have been taken care of at this end, so all clients need to do is make sure all their domains and subdomains are pointing to NS13.EB1.BIZ and NS14.EB1.BIZ. Sorry about the issues, as I said before, if anybody had a site on this server, I will give them a discount for next month if you can email me at [email protected] and include your domain other details.

This is one of the owners of phantomhosting. I would like to know who sent you that email. What was your domain name? If this really came from my company, someone's ass is getting fired! I can't imagine anybody saying that. PM me when you get a chance. The proper thing would have been move you to a new server. Not send a horrible email like that. In the hosting business you get clients that use a lot of resources and clients that use none. There is a balance there. It's just a matter of dealing with it. Please let me know what domain you had and I WILL take care of this. |
