Looking for a mentor

Last couple of years I've been running a few adult tube sites. They are doing relatively well (main one is outranking most of major tube sites in its niche). I know SEO, I found other ways to get traffic and overall I'm doing ok there. It's been nice having a second salary :) But where I am struggling is taking all this to the next level. Taking the sites from 30K visits per day to 300K per day.

In general, you probably know that finding the info (apart from basics) about online adult business is hard (or pretty much impossible), since no one will just share their secrets:) So I was hoping to find someone who would interesting in mentoring me a little bit. I am not talking some months long mentoring, maybe just a few hours would be enough. And of course, would be amazing to have some contacts in the business for (hopefully) many future cooperation opportunities.

Wow - surprised you managed to get that far without a mentor, you've done pretty good.

The first thing always is make sure especially being in the tube business that you have a good lawyer - seriously - tubes are under a great deal of fire these days to cover your ass

Second thing is scrapers and such don't really work anymore - there are guidelines you'll need to any video you'll put up - (see lawyer). Not like the old days where you scraped the shit out of major tubes then just uploaded them to yours.

Third I would say is please make sure that your customer service is top notch. 9 times out of 10 I hear complaints about tube companies not responding etc. to uploaders so make sure that you're on top of that along with payouts

Fourth once again if you're creating your own content - (see lawyer) have all paperwork in order and permissions.

Fifth traffic for SEO is stealthy and can be done - yet I've seen tube sites simply either negotiate with other webmasters for traffic or purchase based on your key areas. Always watch your keywords - descriptions and tags along with optimizing your site for more than just computers - think phones.

There is a great deal more but those are some of the key areas and seriously - get a good lawyer who deals with this
