In the necro world I'm refering to, they don't actually like to have sex with the corpse, they are just arroused by the killing of women. Usually there is no sex involved and not necessarily nudity, just actresses pretending to get killed in various ways.

I wanted to clarify that I personally don't have a problem with these type of sites. They are fantasy, and involve consenting adults, and models that are being paid.

That being said, I was asked by my friend if I would shoot content for his site. I asked my attorney at the time (I have a different attorney now and I haven't asked him), and they said don't do it, it's not worth the risk.

I suggested that my friend talk to an attorney and see what he says about his site, and he acts like I'm an idiot and don't know what I'm talking about. He insists he's doing nothing wrong. Don Smith didn't think he was doing anything wrong either , of course my friend says since that was in Canada it doesn't matter. Maybe from a legal stand point it doesn't matter, but if I was doing sites like this I would be a little concerned.

The difference between killing in a movie and "death porn" (I have no idea what to call it), is the intent. Killing in porn is to cause some sort of sexual excitement. Killing in movies is not.
