If by delete, you mean eat every single pack I can find in the cupboard in a single sitting, then every day...

If you mean in my browser, the answers not even once in the 13 years since I got my iMac....

On main browser - never.
On test browser - daily.

Chrome - when I run BleachBit, and that might be once every few days, or more often depending on what I did in Chrome. Certainly anytime I reboot, I clean my machine first.

Firefox/Tor - when the browser closes.

That's for my desktop computer. For my laptops, these days I primarily am running Tails off of a USB so nothing lasts long.

I only delete my cookies in my browser for testing my websites' updates and functions.

When i close tab. Some cookies can be malicious , so better to be safe.
