Editing the theme
 

To be a it more specific, the script I'm using for this new site is all written in PHP! The program "WoWonder" does not use anything else.

What I'm needing is some to edit/design the THEME that came with the software (which is basically the background pictures/colors/fonts, the foreground pics and such). Since I'm not that skilled in php, looking for someone that is. I've gotten quotes for $400, but that is way too much since this is something that could be knocked off in one afternoon easily. I can even send you a copy of the theme so you can see for yourself where the things are that needs to be changed.
