Don't waste your money before you have read this!
My suggestion - stay away from the current owner of tgpXS! or at least make up your own mind and read these transcripts [link]: Correspondence with so-called tgpxs support!
WARNING: there's a lot to read, and a lot of abusive language by XxXotic [the current owner of the script] :1orglaugh I don't want to badmouth someone in public and rather let the records speak for themselves... WOULD YOU BUY A SCRIPT FROM SOMEONE LIKE THIS? Or even sent someone with this attitude $50 (not to mention $300)...? |

muhahahahah this reminds me of when i worked earthlink technical support, i hated when another tech fucked something up r didnt help the customer and they call me bitching about it... thats why i quit.
the way i see it is like this, people that know anything about computers dont like to be talked to or told how to do something. i say this becaus ei hated when customers called in and tried to tell me how to fix their problem... i felt like saying " bitch if you know how to fix it why the fuck are you calling me ", but at the same time im being paid to support users. now i dont know who is in fualt here, and i wont jump on sides but to the both of you, this is petty.. george if you want them to help you dont tell them how to do their obs.. i mean they did write the script, and for the script owners, dont wig out on customers, cause word of mouth is a son of a bitch, even tho alot of people may say your script is good, you will have those like george that talk shit about it. now i read most of that drama.. and i forgot most of the shit.. moral of all this text is, you are havin a " whos dick is bigger " contest, and if you keep it up you both are going to get nowhere. now kiss and make up :1orglaugh |

I have actually talked with Chris (chriStop on ICQ) about his script. I have decided not do start a tgp, not because of the problems mentioned by George. But because their are too many tgp's in the first place.
I do not see who is at fault here, I see faults on both sides. First of all <u>No Matter What</u> in customer support the customer's problems ALWAYS need to be resolved! It seems George had described problems above and beyond expectations, and Chris of TGPXS had not addressed the reasonable problems within the first given email. I think the script should simply be reinstalled and address whatever problems in a fresh install. If problems cannot be resolved then George should be given a refund, and he can do business elsewhere. I almost bought TGPXS, I still would even with the problems George addressed. I see a conflict between these two, its just one of those unfortunate business practices. Chuck Just my :2 cents: |

I know a little about computers - just that a lot is outdated by now! I started to use a computer for my business back in 1983: a Kaypro 10 running CP/M (pre MS Dos), I wrote my own business application in Clipper using dase III+, in 1987 I installed my first network with a 386 as a server and running 'qbis'... Just the NEW languages and hardware I'm lost to a degree - never kept up... And I only started that once I got the impression that xxxotic didn't have any idea... and deleting the database - not over my dead body... |
If you paypal me $45 I'll talk dirty to you
