dual purpose:
1. fund manager (full control of fund mangement)
2. investment manager (full control of investment)
This is an investment coporation request. I am Scott Owen and I have a
profound interest in establishing an investment coporation in your country
on behalf of a serious client of mine whose details I shall provide to you
later. He has contacted me for this purpose and I have validated his claim
and identity hence I am obliged to move step further to create the link.

4. If my client does not intend to invest directly in your company, what
other investment ideas do you have in your country because the fund in
question runs in millions of dollars (details, documents to be provided
later)
5. How is the climatic condition, religions condition, investment and tax
laws in your contry.
6. My client needs to migrate to your country after the preliminary stage of
the investment and in respect of this I would love to know if you can be
able to provide him security for the period he will be in your country.
7. My client needs you to provide the services of both fund manager and
Investment manager, considering the volume of fund mapped out for
investment, what would be your terms of service?.We need all these
information because as soon as we proceed there will be a preliminary stage
of signing an investment contract, Joint partnership contract ,
Confidentiality agreement and other relevant contracts to this deal. where
all terms shall be stipulated
8. Due to important reasons I do not intend to disclose vital figurative
details for now but as soon as I get your response and also get convinced of
your personality, capability and serious intension to carry out a life time
huge project I surely will disclose all details you will need and I will
also refer you to my client for further relevant issues because he will love
to deal directly with you.
9. Subject to your position in your company, can you be able to oversea the
activities of this investment or will you appoint another party to handle
that?
10. My primary goals for now is to establish the business contact , create
awareness and also establish your capability and reliability to handle
projects of huge financial volume.
11.. As soon as I get your response we shall proceed at a much faster pace.
My client will write you a detailed mail explainning issues to you and also
I will be communicating because I am like a guarantor in this project having
contacted you. I will always mediate to protect the interest of both parties
in the business. He shall send you detailed documents as a follow up.
12. He has decided that this matter be kept classified and also wishes to
have your personal service irrepective of the fact that you represent your
company. To explain this, he wants you to help him as a person considering
your capacity in your company. He is not going to be dealing with your
company but you, so you have to understand the levels of transaction he
wants and the way he wants things kept. He intends to purchase a lot of
buildings and estates in your country. He also wants to invest in shares can
you advice on that?
13. Once we conclude the preliminary stage of this transaction, I shall
personally come to your country to present all the contracts for signing.
14. I shall do that on behalf of my client but my client wishes to effect
final migration to your country and the immigration proceedures to actualise
that shall be concluded by me when I come to your country.
15.communication is very vital in this transaction and I will advice that
we have to communicate very effectively. If we agree to communicate by email

What's this supposed to mean? Anyone else got this? He sent the same e-mail to some other of my domains aswell...

I asked him if he were on drugs or something....

it's a scam

And I used to wonder how people fell for it
