I am new here. I just recently created a Bizarre Sex site - ReallyBizarreSex.com and have been wanting to connect with like webmasters to share information, recommendations.

Also really need traffic big time! So looking for affiliate programs, link exchange... whatever to get get some traffic.

Also will be looking for content - Mostly Really Bizarre Content.

Most of your "bizarre" niches are not complimentary. People that like CBT or "BSDM" :1orglaugh are not also into trannies, scat, or bestiality.

Like mentioned - that design is waaaay too 90s. But at least you doubled down on it, by not making it responsive on mobile, lol. But yeah, it's 2021, it's mobile-first these days.

it is not meant to be a site for people of a particular niche. It's not meant to be a porn site, but more like a documentary, for people to see sex trends... Things they have never imagined.

you're right! I just threw something together, so I could include content. I didn't buy a template, it's done from scratch. You wouldn't believe how many hours I have in just looking for content, just to get something for visitors to look at. It will change.

Sponsors could terminate his account at any time and any affiliate commissions earned would be forfeited. Hosting companies may also terminate his account without notice. The best thing for Marc to do is cut his losses, abandon this project and find another niche.

This is so authentically ancient (down to using perl) I became convinced they'd just copied a site from the internet stone age.

Ha, this shows Dec 2000, the site is not that old and the crap you see there is not from me. also, there are responses here that are not from me

to everyone: there are posts here from a long time ago and a different website. The current website is reallybizarresex.com. I think I did a decent job of it, and I like Perl, Im programming for me. None of you have registered on the site, so you have no clue what is being presented. You only saw the topics. Users can hide any cat they don't like, scat & bestiality are hidden by default. The reality is ... some people are into that. It's a mix of everything in the main feed. Anyway, my main purpose here is to find content creators to grow the site... thanks for looking.

not a whole lot at this time, have you registered and browsed the whole site? you can base he site from just the homepage.

OP, just a few years later than the quote above and these days you can expect that probs half of your website visitors (if not more) will be on mobile

I understand what you're saying. it's definitely not a site for the phone. it's ok on a tablet, but not the phone. It's very new, so I'm not investing in a phone app until I start getting considerable traffic.

Just get Zuzana to make you a responsive design; you don't need an app.

def that, or just create a wp site (there are zillions of cool free themes without even having to 'splurge' on a paid one, though you can find great paid ones for under $100) and spend a day re-organizing your content on the new cms. all wp themes are responsive

no investment required other than a bit of sweat equity if you don't want to pay for a theme


re paid vs free, the only difference is that free ones have a tiny line of text at the very bottom of the site that reads: Proudly powered by WordPress | Theme: [theme name].. I use a mix of free and paid themes on my sites and I highly doubt a single client or visitor has ever noticed or cared either way, but maybe that's diff for a subscription site-I wouldn't the person to give advice on that


Marc, I get you want to improve traffic before making any changes, but the point is if half the peeps who land on your site immediately leave cuz they can't see ish, you'll never be able to grow the site
