Looking for someone to help me with SEO to push traffic to my four paysites.

I'm building an affiliate program with CCBill right now, but it's taking some time time.

I'm doing about 16-17K (mostly search engine) traffic a day (with a member base of about 120K) to the four sites. I'm looking to triple or quadruple that. I'm not interested in pay traffic, tried it and it was trash. Also, I'm not looking to get around the system only to be banned by Google (example) later.

Does anyone have advice, advertisement, or referral?
