Dont care, plenty of seo plugins available for wordpress. But yes company behind hostgator have tendency to screw up whatever they touch.

Ah, EIG is now NewFold Digital. I remember I used Hostgator specifically because it was not an EIG company. Then EIG bought them. It sucked after that.
