If you have a linksys or D-link or another router and use DSL, you don't really need a software firewall. Of course the protection helps, but I wouldn't worry so much.

Especially if you have a dynamic IP

I have a router but i never really knew how much protection it really provides. But norton is pure shit.

I might be completely off here, cause I don't know much about Norton, but is it possible that Norton doesn't like the javaskript on your page?

I've heard of people having similar problems.

Well no Nat router is 100% full proof, but with the linksys and others, try and turn off remote access, access through diff. ports, etc unless you need that.

Norton isn't shit, but I wouldn't run it, memory hog, etc.

If you want something else, that is good with ram, get Zonealarm

And it happened after the "live update" of the firewall.

I don think it hates my site becasue of the hahahahahahahahahaha casue for some reason I can load ANY of my sites on that box. Some of which dont have hahahahahahahahahaha.

I had Norton Internet Security (I believe thats the name) and it kept banning me from my own cable connection because it thought I was uploading a trojan to myself. Pretty odd.....
