I think tubes put one more safety step from 3rd part company for verification so I think is more hard now to do this.

99% of tubes don't process any credit cards. This "bulletin" would only apply on domains where CC transactions occur, so xvideosred, PH premium, faphouse, etc.

I'm not really sure why you'd think Mastercard would have any power over sites that don't use Mastercard.

If pornhub goes down, mindgeek will come up with a new name and continue as nothing has happened. They will come back even stronger, I believe!

You are missing one key point - pornhub is not the king, they simply have more backlinks then anyone else and that's it. Tho, there was many times in history where people though how some minor things are big threat while those what was actual threat was ignored.

i'm just saying we shouldn't be happy if mainstream people doing something that takes porn sites down for the reasons other than stolen content or trafficking.

Been saying that for years.. there are maybe 10 tubes worth uploading as there is exactly 0 reason for surfers to go to small and slow tubes full of shitty ads and malware instead of those top sites that provide all they need. Every single male surfer in the world knows PornHub and/or Xhamster and/or Xvideos. The only reason for them to look elsewhere is an interest in illegal or pirated content since that's the only way for the small tubes to get Google traffic - by stealing.

It applies indirectly. They're clamping down harder on affiliates of paysites as well now as part of the above bulletin. If the affiliate (in this case a tube site one has a partner account on) has lots of non-compliant material, the paysite may risk processing termination if it's not resolved.

It seems like a lot of the small tube sites are trying to stick to mfc/chatturbate/etc rips, which the big boys take down often.

How would that be the paysite's problem if a tube site has non-compliant content on it if that non-compliant content did not come from the paysite?

If a biller cut me off because one of my many affiliates had illegal content on their site that was not mine I would go apeshit and contact an attorney. I do not have control over someone else's website. That would mean say 100 paysites got cut off from processing because an affiliate tube had illegal content on it that wasn't the paysites? Class-action.
